A Technician signature (along with their name) is used on the customer Health Check Report to identify the Technician that has undertaken the Health Check for that customer. The following steps can be used to create or update a signature on the EVHC mobile application:
Step 1: Log into EVHC using your technician account and click the "Signature button:
Step 2: With your finger, write your signature in the bounds of the box provided:
Step 3: Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
Step 4: Observe the "Saved" result in the signature box to confirm the changes have been made, then click the "Main Menu" button to return to the home screen of the EVHC mobile application. The "New" button lets you re-create the signature immediately (if you want to save another attempt):
