Uploading your DMS data into EVHC is an intuitive process. This guide will show you how in a few easy steps:
Run the report from your DMS system that exports customer data or bookings and save it to your computer (e.g. your 'My Documents' folder) .
Log into the EVHC system and navigate to the 'Import Management' page. From the main menu, click 'EVHC Management' then click on 'Customer Data Importer'. You should now see the 'Import Management' screen as shown below.
Click the browse button.
Select the document you have prepared for import from step 1 and click open.
Step 5 (Skip this step if 'These jobs are due:' is not present)
Confirm that the date is correct for the import and there is a tick in the check box 'These jobs are due:' as show below.
Click the 'Upload' button to send the data to the system.
The system will display a message to confirm how many records have been imported. Confirm that the information displayed is correct, then click the ok message to return to the previous screen.
You have now successfully imported your DMS data into the EVHC system. If you wish to upload a second document for a different day, repeat these steps, but please change the date in step 6 to the date you would like your bookings to appear.
This utility can also be used to import all your DMS contacts into EVHC. Customer information can then be loaded automatically on the 'Add New Job' screen.
