In order to assist our customers with making performance comparisons for their business, we've recently updated the KPI report to provide better metrics for comparisons between business units and also their associated targets. The changes to the KPI report as as follows:
- Averages per Healthcheck! On the old KPI report you'd have seen fixed, period-based averages to the right of the trend graph, these have been replaced with the "Total Values" (previously seen on the left of the graph). We've then added a new metric, "Per Health Check" which displays the average value per healthcheck for this / last week and this / last month.
- What's the Benchmark? - The trend graph in the center of the report item (as shown above) shows the average values per health check for each week in the last 6 month period. So you can optimise your performance, we've also added a red target / benchmark line to show how your performance relates to your target (where available for your dealership). The value for the target / benchmark can also be seen in the title of the trend graph (in the example above, $250).
